Terms of Agreement

Delivery

After the payment has successfully been processed, you will receive an email receipt with any relevant license keys for your purchase. Delivery is typically immediate upon the completion of your purchase but may be delayed if the payment requires review. If you do not receive an email within the hour, please contact us.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of Mailborder products. All products are property of Mailborder Systems. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Mailborder Systems shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use Mailborder products.

Content

All content, including imagery and documentation that is published on the Mailborder website or included within Mailborder products is the property of Mailborder Systems. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Mailborder Systems.

Refunds

Mailborder products are intangible, irrevocable goods. Because of this we urge that you consider your purchase carefully as refunds are not granted for purchased software licenses or support. Subscriptions for the Hosted SaaS solution may be canceled at any time. 

Support

Mailborder Systems offers its software “as is” and with no implied meaning that it will function to exactly meet your specific requirements. Premium Support is offered to customers with a valid Mailborder Systems purchase ID or receipt for Premium Support. General support for minor issues is offered free of charge at the leisure of Mailborder Systems. 

Transactional Emails

Mailborder Systems may on occasion send you email notifications related to your Mailborder purchases. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to Mailborder terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to the purchase of Mailborder products. By purchasing Mailborder products you agree to receive these transactional emails.

Account Suspension

Mailborder Systems reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, suspend a Mailborder account, service, or support contract with or without notice. If an account is suspended no refund will be granted.

Pricing/Billing/Privacy

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. Subscription services will not change in price unless the subscription is canceled and purchased again. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal information with outside parties. All personal data collected will be used for internal purposes only.

General

The preceding terms and conditions govern the sale of Mailborder Systems products between you, the buyer, and Mailborder Systems. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.
