Mailborder reduces the strain on your email server by changing the route your inbound email takes. Your email is first delivered to the Mailborder email servers, where the it is processed via your set instructions. After the email is scanned for viruses, spam, and malicious content, only the clean email is then delivered to your email server. Quarantined email is kept for seven calendar days in the event a false positive needs to be released. The control panel also provides you with a wealth of tools such as file type restrictions, dangerous content scanning, the ability to disarm dangerous email, graphing, history, white lists, black lists, notifications, and much more.
